The photo was taken on part of the corniche which seems to go around about half of Abu Dhabi island. We actually managed to go for a walk this afternoon. At about 4pm the temperature was 31°C. It feels really pleasant after the 40+ temperatures we faced a month ago.

We were amused at this road sign which appeared outside our apartment block when they had to dig the road up for some reason.
