The news that we were dreading finally arrived today in a message from Pete to say that Ginny had passed away.

It really feels like the end of an era. We shared so many great times, adventures, sad times and much, much laughter.

This photo was taken by our friend Mark Wheeler who met Ginny in February this year. It shows her calm, strong and thoughtful. A lovely contrast to all the wild and wacky pictures that appeared on the tribute pages on Facebook.

Sorry we could not be at the funeral Pete but you know our hearts and thoughts are with you.
