Daniel and his mate, Hayden, arrived yesterday after a long flight via Singapore. So today was a cruisey day with a visit to the Grande Mosque and relaxing by the Golf Club swimming pool.

We ended the day with a visit to Emirates Palace to so the worlds most expensive Xmas tree. $12.5m worth of jewelry draped over it. It is the one on the left below but the other does show how much we have gone overboard with Xmas decorations in our apartment.
