We have found another way to survive the heat. A gentle breeze out on the water together with a bit of salt water spray and 45 degrees is quite bearable.

Paul Lowe is a kiwi colleague of mine who teaches sailing occasionally. He made a great job of reintroducing us to sailing after about 30 years. Good fun and we hope to be back for more.
