Several hours driving yesterday got us to Madbah just before dark and just in time for the boys to scavenge firewood from the wadi.

After a lazy start the next day we took our lunch down to the swimming hole so that we could sit around in the sun and enjoy the water.

Naturally the boys had to leap of the cliff and Lizzy felt compelled to join them. The photos show how she landed far too close to the side, in much shallower water than required.

We later discovered that her leg was broken in two places!
