The second day of gorilla trekking was a completely different experience. A much longer walk and then a more active group of gorillas.

We were so close that one curious female gorilla reached out and touched the shoe of one of our group. Moments later Claire had to pull her camera out of the way as the same female hurried past to join the silverback. All guaranteed to raise our heart rates.
